A week is constituted by six nights and seven days, Saturday-Friday or Sunday-Saturday. A 50% deposit is due upon booking, with the balance due at least one month prior to rental. If you are unable to go after placing a deposit, refunds will be granted if we are successful in rebooking your week. No refunds will be granted after the balance is paid, but if we are successful at rebooking your week with such short notice, we will allow you to rebook your visit at a future time, depending of course on availability.
